This Colombian Supremo coffee is high-grown in the Colombian Andes.
Famous for it's smooth pleasant acidity, smooth finish, nutty overtones
and rich medium to full body. Although not an estate grown coffee,
this is a rock solid good Colombian.
Cupping Notes: Moderate to intense dry aroma.
Medium to full body, bright, clean cup, almond nutty, increasing
sweetness as cup cools with moderately long aftertaste.
.Roasting Notes: Medium roast to bring out almond
nuttiness. Roast it to Full City and the nuttiness turns to vanilla/chocolate
malt. We don't recommend roasting this one too light (City). |
