Brazil Cerrado

Pronounced "Seyhaado", these beans are from a co-op located in the higher elevations of Brazil. "Cerrado" refers to a savanna-like plane within the Minas Gerais state of Brazil. These highlands offer an arid climate unique to coffee growers. Hand picked, these coffee beans are allowed to dry naturally in the sun giving them a light, nutty, grainy flavor.

Cupping Notes: Subtle nut and dry berry tones in the aroma, sweet in impression. In the cup silky and delicate, with a crisp but gently rounded acidity, the nut and berry tones deepening toward chocolate. Sweet short finish; slightly dry and astringent in the long.

Roasting Notes: Medium. Holds up well to Full City
