Brazil Santos
Named after the port that much of Brazil's coffee passes through, this
is not an estate coffee, but is a mixture of coffee from many farms and
regions. As such, the quality varies considerably just like many of the
Ethiopian coffees which can literally be quite different from bag to bag
within the same lot. The price is always right, and we are selective when
choosing coffee under this name. Good for drip brewing or as an espresso
blender, but not as sweet and nutty tasting as our coffee from the Cerrado
Minas Gerais state.
