Costa Rican Tarrazu - El Vapor
Grown in the San Jose region (near the city of Dota). These beans are of the caturra variety, as are most coffees from this region. Predominant cupping notes are citrus, almond, and apple. At a full city roast, chocolaty hints emerge. We like this coffee roasted best at somewhere between city and full city.
