Mallige Estate Peaberry

This is a very interesting peaberry. Grown above 3,000 feet and amongst spice plants (various types of spices that India is known for), it's not surprising that one's first sensory perceptions are that of allspice, cardamom, cinnamon when brewing these beans in a French press or drip brewer. These beans develop a reddish tint to them during the roasting process, then gradually turn into a nice even brown.

Best roasted to a medium or medium-dark level.
