Malawi AA Panwamba Estate Coffee

Roasting Notes: This is a very clean and well-processed coffee, so expect it to roast evenly. If it doesn't, it's probably due to roaster error (human or machine). Holds up well from light to dark roast. If using for an espresso, we recommend at least taking it to Full City. Lighter than this and the acidity will make pulling satisfactory shots more difficult. For other brewing methods, City + roasts brings out the most vibrancy and crisp aroma.

Cupping Notes: Mellow body, intense dry aroma becoming more muted during wet break. Lots of acidity, but more flower-like than citrus as would be expected from a high quality African coffee. Clean cup, pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
