Mexican Oaxacan Organic Decaf - (Mountain Water Process)

A medium bodied, well balanced coffee. This coffee is very high grown, which is reflected in the brightness of the cup, which is usually muted because of the nature of the decaffeinating process.

Cupping Notes: Mild lemony citrus, vanilla malt, becoming more chocolate like at darker roast levels. Well balanced with a pleasant finish.

Roasting Notes: City+ to Full City brings out vanilla and almond
