Ethiopian Organic Sidamo

This is a really nice Ethiopian coffee. Natural processed (sun dried). Because of this, the beans have a tendancy to roast a bit unevenly. Don't separate the uneven roasted beans-they add to the complexity of the cup. This coffee holds up well in darker roasts. Excellent choice for creating both single origin espresso, or as a base for a blend. This is one of my favorite choices for an "after dinner" espresso or for French press.
