Sumatra Harimau Tiger - Triple Picked

We are happy to have found this exceptional Sumatran. The Harimau Tiger mark is known for its excellent quality standards in a region that has a reputation for inconsistency from lot to lot and bag to bag due to primitive processing standards. "Triple Picked" means the coffee beans have gone through hand-culling of defective beans three times. Standard Mandelling typically goes through a single such sorting.
