We hope you are happy with the home roasting supplies and green coffee you purchase from us. We offer full refunds on unused items returned in their original box. For used items we do not offer cash refunds, but will offer you credit toward future purchases. All equipment returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If equipment you purchase from Lost Dutchman Coffee Company fails prematurely please contact the manufacturer listed in our warranty page. If you have trouble contacting the manufacturers of roasting equipment still under warranty, please let us know and we’ll help. We offer credit for roasting equipment you buy from us that doesn’t perform properly after soliciting that manufacturer for repair or replacement of the defective unit.

We cannot offer “satisfaction guarantee” on items other than green coffee beans. We ask you to read product descriptions and purchase in good faith, meaning that you are not purchasing with the intention of returning as this can be very detrimental to any small business! Please email us with any comments, questions and complaints and we’ll try and work things out.
